Daily Thoughts 10/18/2015
I checked the library Twitter and Facebook this morning.
I read some more of Part of Our Lives. I am reading about the early Carnegie Libraries. They followed a pattern with reading rooms, a community room, and book stacks. They were designed around community activities like book discussions, lectures, and music concerts. Then, like now there was a debate about what constitutes good literature.
