Daily Thoughts 04/20/2014
This morning, I checked the Twitter and Facebook for the library.
I also read some of Success through Stillness: Meditation Made Simple by Russell Simmons and Chris Morrow. Russell Simmons describes how he meditates twice a day for twenty minutes. He believes his success and his avoidance of burnout comes from meditation. He also practices yoga for an hour a day.
