I checked the Mount Vernon Public Library Twitter and Facebook pages.
I read some more of The Book Thief by Marksu Zusak. There are lots of interesting small moments in this book. For example, Liesel Meminger, the main character steals a book from the a nazi bonfire. Bonfires were a feature of nazi celebrations where they would burn literature.
