Daily Thoughts 07/02/2018

I checked the library Twitter and Facebook this morning.

On the way to work, I read some more of Political Risk.  I am reading about how politics and unrest can create disruptions in shipping and supply chains internationally.

I checked the gift books and the displays.

We got the Select Reads information today for setup.

We confirmed that we are doing a Salsa Dance and Percussion program with Josie LaRiccia in September and October for Hispanic Heritage month.

I put in two orders for books today.

We also got the confirmation from the NEDCC that August would be a good time to do a collection assessment.

It is very hot out today.

I have a copy of the Times Literary Supplement, the New York Review of Books, and the New York Times Book Review to look through.
