Daily Thoughts 11/08/2014

I checked the library Twitter and Facebook this morning.

I also finished reading Blue Horses by Mary Oliver which is her new collection of poetry.  It is very meditative and excellently composed.  There is a bit of mysticism in the poems which are about nature, god, angels, and love.  I found the reading calming.  The imagery was very focused with a clarity to the words which had a very nice tone to them.

I placed the book, The Peripheral by William Gibson on hold.
