I read some more of Crucial Conversations. Part of this book is how to talk people when they are scared or angry.
I spent some more time on scheduling today.
I checked the displays and the gift books.
I looked through two copies of Publishers Weekly and a copy of the New York Review of Books.
I checked for some missing items. I also looked at some items that are damaged.
I checked out the book, Radical Kindness the Life-Changing Power of Giving and Receiving by Angela C. Santomero.
