Daily Thoughts 11/06/2015

I checked the Twitter and Facebook for the library this morning.

I also finished reading Mindware Tools for Smart Thinking by Richard E. Nesbitt today.  It has a lot of different philosophical, scientific, economic, and mathematical tools designed to help solve problems.  Towards the end there is content on logic, eastern dialectical reasoning, and simplifying solutions.  This book gives many different solutions and approaches to solving problems.  It is written in an easy to understand style.

I rather liked the quote from George Orwell in the book, “Some ideas are so stupid that only intellectuals believe them.”

There is a new catalog from Art Resources Transfer which supports art books for underserved communities.  http://www.artresourcestransfer.org/thanks#duc/catalog
