I talked with a local artist.

I read some more of 1177 B.C..  I am reading about ancient shipwrecks.

I checked some books in fiction section in the mezzanine.  I also checked some books in the nonfiction section in the mezzanine.

I worked on the monthly report.

I spent some time discussing programming.

I worked on scheduling.
