Daily Thoughts 05/08/2018

I checked the library Twitter and Facebook this morning.

I spent a little time thinking about programming and signage.

Today is the library vote for the budget and trustees from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Mount Vernon Public Library. http://mountvernonpubliclibrary.org/save-the-date/

I read a little bit more of The Square and the Tower.  I am reading about how Stalin created the gulags and gained bureaucratic control of Russia.  There is also some material on how Nazi Germany broke up the Jewish business networks in the 1930s.

I am off from work today.

I finished my monthly report for May.  The final results of the election will be confirmed tomorrow.

It seems like it make take quite a bit longer.  I partially comprehended this...  It is a good reminder that an e-book is software not a "book."
