Daily Thoughts 01/26/2019

I checked the library Twitter and Facebook this morning.

I read some more of Before the Ballot on the way home last night.  I am reading about the concept of "librarian as candidate" or the idea that everyone who works in a library represents the library for voting purposes.

I read some of Before the Ballot on the train to work as well.  I read about the "library as a cause" which is the second reason people support libraries.

I spent some more time checking the 500s in the mezzanine and on the main floor.

I also finished putting together the list of superhero films.

The Garden Club met today at 10:00 a.m.

There is also a lecture on Broadway today in the afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the Grace Greene Baker Community Room.
