Daily Thoughts 12/07/2018

I checked the Twitter and Facebook for the library this morning.

I spent a little more time with Give Gab this morning.  I also cut some book marks with summaries of the fundraising campaign for Mount Vernon Public Library Bridging the Digital Divide.

I checked the displays and the gift books this morning.

We have a robotics class today from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m..  It is for Rokits Smart.  It is going to require several sessions to build the Rokit robot.  The teens and tweens thought it was great.

There is also a Teen Gaming Hour from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

I watched some more of Changing Body Composition Through Diet and Exercise on Kanopy.  I am learning about how important it is to do both strength training and endurance exercise at the same time in order to lose weight.  I also learned that small protein snacks before bed are often helpful for losing weight.
