I checked the library Twitter and Facebook this morning.
I read some of The Art of Mindful Reading last night on the way home. I read about different ways to read poetry and how to use Haiku as a meditative art.
I also read some more of The Disordered Mind. I am reading about Parkinson's disease and other neuromusculature disorders.
