Daily Thoughts 06/27/2015

On the way to work, I read some more of The Mindful Way Through Stress.
I checked the Twitter and Facebook for the library.  I also started reading Digital Photo Editing with Picasa for Seniors.  I plan on downloading Picasa.  I am also planning on buying a printer and a digital camera soon.

I checked the gifts and the displays this morning.  I also spent some time looking through the New York Times Bestseller List and the Publishers Weekly Bestseller list.

I have been working on setting up some more programs.  We will have Arlen Schumer coming to talk about silver age comics on August 11, 2015.  Also, I am working getting the rights to show the film, Stripped, The Comics Documentary so I can show it on July 31 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

I spent a little time printing up and putting out flyers.  I am going to be off most of next week.
I also spent some time working with 100s.

I cleaned off my desk and put the old advanced reading copies I had in the staff room.

I checked out two more National Geographic DVDs, The New Chimpanzees and National Geographic Classics Oceans.
